I see the Cow on screen and due to this can you confirm that issue no longer occurs for you?  

It's recommended to travel around the biome on Creative mode due to fact - Iced/Snowy Taiga is populated by Wolves and Polar Foxes who hunts farm animals. 

There are no repro of this bug on our side even on your world that you attached.

 World files from android are at  /games/com.mojang/minecraftWorlds folder and every sub folder is  world folder. You need to connect your phone with PC to get them

Step by step:

  1. Connect Android device with USB cable to PC

  2. Go to "My Computer" and search for your Phone here then double click on it 

  3. Go to /games/com.mojang/minecraftWorlds 

  4. Find your world folder (these folders have the same names as the world)

  5. Copy it to your desktop (Be sure it's copy and not the "cut") You can also use ctrl+c for copy and ctrl+v for paste. 

  6. Right click on folder and "Compress to a ZIP" 

  7. Upload your world here as attachment!

  8. Done!

 How to create dxdiag file: 

  1.  Click  windows key + r

  2.  Type "dxdiag"   without " then click enter

  3. Click "Yes" if needed and Click on "Save All information.." 

  4. Upload dxdiag to your ticket

Also, Please check for driver updates for your GPU and if GPU drivers are up to date - Do you experienced this bug previously on older versions of drivers for your GPU? 

tip: Nvidia GPU drivers can be updated via Nvidia experience app.
